As the people run in terror, I can't help but feel a sense of satisfaction. This is what they get for allowing themselves to be ruled by those who don't have their best interests at heart. Finally, they're getting a taste of their own medicine. But it's not over yet. There's still more work to be done. The people need to understand that this is their reality now, and there's no going back.
It's been a long time coming, but finally, the people are starting to see the truth. They're starting to understand that we are in control now. That this is our reality, and there's no turning back. We've been oppressed for far too long, and it's time for us to take back what is rightfully ours.
The people are frightened now, but they'll get used to it. They'll learn that this is their new life, and they'll have to accept it. There's no going back from here. We are in charge now, and we will never let them forget it.
But it's not over yet. There's still more work to be done. The people need to understand that this is their reality now, and there's no going back. They need to see that I'm not afraid to make tough decisions, that I'm willing to do whatever it takes to keep them safe and secure.
I watch as the last of them run away, then turn and walk back into the building. It's time for me to get back to work. There's still a lot left to do before this is over.
