Urgac’hu City Sanitation Shadow Collectors
“In the shadow of her wings we will take shelter, until the danger has passed”
“We are the pestilence that stalks in the darkness. The calamity that destroys at noon.”
The Sanitation Shadow Collectors are a feared and mysterious group of people. They are said to stalk the night, collecting the city's trash and pestilence. No one knows what they look like or where they come from. But everyone in Urgac’hu City knows to stay away from them.
One day, a young girl named Sarah was walking home from school when she saw a group of men in black cloaks walking down the street. She knew right away that they were the Sanitation Shadow Collectors. She was terrified and ran home as fast as she could.
Later that night, Sarah's parents came home late from work. When Sarah asked them where they had been, they hesitated to answer. Finally, her father told her that they were part of the Sanitation Shadow Collectors and that it was their job to keep the city clean and free of pests. Sarah was horrified and didn't know what to do or say.
But despite her fear, Sarah found herself drawn to the shadows of the collectors' wings. She wanted to understand them and their purpose. And so she began following them around at night, watching as they collected the city's trash and pests into their giant sacks. As she watched them work, she began to feel a sense of awe and respect for these mysterious creatures.
