Rhadamanthine Monastery Guards
“Walk in the ways of your heart, and in the sight of your eyes”
“Cast off pain from your body, for youth and vigor are fleeting”
Rhadamanthine Monastery was a place of peace and serenity. It was also a place of secrets. The monks who resided there followed a strict set of rules, and one of those rules was that outsiders were not allowed to know the monastery's secrets.
One day, however, two young men broke into the monastery in order to explore its hidden depths. They had heard rumors that the monastery held great treasures, and they were determined to find them.
As they wandered through the dark hallways, they came across a door that was locked with a heavy chain. They tried to force it open, but it wouldn't budge. Then they noticed a small opening in the door where the chain passed through it. One of the young men managed to squeeze through the opening and unlock the door from inside.
As soon as he opened it, he was confronted by four imposing monks who were armed with swords. The monks ordered him to leave immediately, but he refused to go without taking whatever treasure he had come for. A fight ensued, and in the end, both young men were killed by the monks.
