“Nothing you desire compares with her”

The air is thick with humidity and the smell of rotting vegetation. I can hear the insects buzzing in the distance. I force myself to keep moving, even though every instinct inside me is telling me to turn back.

I’ve been following this trail for hours now, and it seems like it’s going nowhere. But I know that if I can find the Lost Rhadamanthine Temples at D’ni, then all my dreams will come true.

Suddenly, I see a break in the trees up ahead. I pick up my pace, and as I emerge from the forest, I see the temples before me. They are ancient and crumbling, but they are still beautiful.

I approach them with reverence, knowing that this is a place of power. And then I see her – the most beautiful woman I have ever seen. She is standing in front of one of the temples, looking at me with eyes that seem to pierce my soul.

I am overwhelmed by her beauty and by the desire to possess her. Nothing else matters now – only she matters. I step towards her and she meets me halfway. We kiss passionately, and everything else fades away into nothingness…
