It had been a long time since they had set foot in the city of D’ni. Too long. But they were finally coming home, and nothing was going to stop them.

They had all heard the stories, of course. How the city had been destroyed, how the great Libraries lay in ruins. But they refused to believe them. They were certain that D’ni was still waiting for them, just as it always had been.

And they were right. The moment they stepped through the Portal, they could feel it – the magic of D’ni, alive and well once again. They were thrilled to be back in their city at last, and eager to explore all its secrets.

But there was one secret that none of them could have anticipated – the darkness that lurked within D’ni’s walls. It seemed to follow them wherever they went, like a malicious shadow intent on destroying everything they loved.

But the people of D’ni would not be defeated so easily. They fought with all their might against the darkness, determined to reclaim their city once and for all. And in the end, they succeeded. The light returned to D’ni, and it was finally safe for them to return home…
