How Noble In Reason
Written By Matthew Shadbolt
“When I kept silent, my bones became brittle”
As I kept silent, my bones began to become brittle and weak. My very soul felt the weight of your hand upon me, your touch cold and cruel. The darkness swirled around me, filled with unspeakable horrors and evils. I knew then that there was no escaping this cruel fate you had chosen for me.
“Your hand was heavy upon me”
With every breath, I could feel death creeping closer and closer. Though my body may wither and fade, my spirit remains strong, bolstered by the power of reason and justice. I will not give in to your twisted desires, no matter how powerful you may be. For though your hand may be heavy upon me now, I know that one day it will be lifted, as justice prevails and your evil reign comes to an end.
