The Vanity Thieves

“My eyes fail from sorrow”

My eyes are consumed with sorrow, and my heart is weighed down with grief. I feel like I am drowning in a deep, dark abyss, with no end in sight. Every breath feels like a struggle, as my soul is wracked with endless anguish and torment.

There seems to be no escape from my suffering, no respite from the endless cycle of pain and misery that engulfs me on every side. I have become the prisoner of my own despair, locked inside a cage of darkness and suffering that holds me fast and will not let go.

“My life is consumed with grief, and my years with groaning”

But though my life may be consumed by sorrow, there is a glimmer of hope that remains within me. For even in the midst of this bleak and dismal darkness, there is still a fire burning deep within my soul that refuses to be extinguished. It is this spirit of defiance that gives me the strength to keep going, even in the face of overwhelming odds.

So though my days may be filled with groaning and despair, I hold fast to the belief that one day I will emerge triumphant from the shadows into the light once more. And when that day comes, nothing will be able to stop me from claiming victory over all those who would seek to steal away my happiness and joy.
