The Hollow Councilor

The Hollow Councilor was a feared and reviled figure in the city. He was known for his cruelty and his penchant for violence. But no one knew that he was also a coward. When confronted with danger, he would always flee.
One day, he was chased by some thugs through the alleyways of the city. In a desperate attempt to escape, he ran into a dead end. The thugs caught up to him and were about to kill him when suddenly, the Hollow Councilor disappeared in a puff of smoke.
It turns out that he had used one of his forbidden spells to teleport away. But this spell took its toll on him and left him weak and vulnerable. The thugs found him and killed him easily.
